TO THE EXHIBITORS OF THE 32nd INTERNATIONAL GRAPHIC AND PAPER INDUSTRY FAIR GRAFIMA

 

Dear Sirs,

The 32nd International Graphic and Paper Industry Fair GRAFIMA will take place on September 29 – October 02, 2010, at Belgrade Fair. We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming event, as follows:

  • 09/11/2010
  • Deadline for Submitting Your Service Order and
  • Deadline for Submitting Your Stand Design for Approval
  • 09/24/2010
  • Stand Mounting Commencement
  • 09/28/2010
  • Deadline for the Stand Mounting and Arrangement Completion, till 8:00 p.m.
  • 09/29/2010
  • Event Opening for Visitors at 10:00 a.m.
  • Festive Event Opening at 11:00 a.m.
  • 10/02/2010
  • Event Closing at 6:30 p.m. and
  • Stand Dismantle Commencement and Exhibit Removal, till 11:00 p.m.
  • 10/04/2010
  • Stand Dismantle Completion, till 8:00 p.m.

 

May we remind you that before the stand mounting commencement in the Hall, you have to make payment of the space rent and obtain approval of your stand design in Belgrade Fair Design Office (the Exhibitors constructing their stands themselves).

You may send your design for approval also by e-mail (in PDF format only) to the address:

In the stand mounting period, September 24 - 28, and the stand dismantle, October 03 - 04, 2010, the hall opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

* THE EVENT OPENING HOURS FOR EXHIBITORS:

09/29/2010   8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
09/30 - 10/01/2010   9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
10/02/2010   9:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

* THE EVENT OPENING HOURS FOR VISITORS:

09/29 - 10/02/2010   10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

* IMPORTANT:

After the opening hours for visitors, any electric power at the stand shall be turned off, for safety reasons.

SPECIAL REMARK:

The Exhibitors shall obey the time of the event opening and closing, i. e. the stand with exhibits shall be operational from its opening, on September 29, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. to the event closing, on October 02, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.
